Order Procedure

  1. আপনার পছন্দের পন্যটি কেনার জন্য পণ্যের ছবির উপরে ক্লিক করুন এবং পরবর্তী পাতায় পণ্যের বিস্তারিত দেখে ছবির পাশে Order Now এই বাটনে ক্লিক করুন।
  2. আপনি যদি একাধিক পন্য কিনতে চান তাহলে add to card  এ যোগ করুন’ ,এই বাটনে ক্লিক করে আপনার নির্বাচিত সকল পন্য একবারে অর্ডার করুন।
  3. আপনি যেখানে ডেলিভারী নিতে ইচ্ছুক সেখানকার বিস্তারিত ঠিকানাসহ শহরটি সেলেক্ট করুন। আপনার প্রদানকৃত সঠিক তথ্য আপনার পন্যের ডেলিভারী প্রক্রিয়াকে দ্রততর করবে।
  4. অর্ডার সাবমিটের পর 12 ঘন্টার মধ্যে আমাদের প্রতিনিধি আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করে পণ্য ডেলিভারী প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করবে।
  5. সাধারণত  যে কোন জেলায় 72 ঘন্টার (প্রায়) মধ্যে আপনার পণ্য হাতে পাবেন। Pre-order পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে ডেলিভারি পূর্বে আমরা আপনাকে ফোন করে কনফার্ম করব |

Cash on Delivery or COD means the price can be paid in cash at the time of delivery (available for 64 districts in Bangladesh).

Customers will have to pay the shipping charge in advance in the case of COD outside Dhaka. 

Payment can be done through bKash, Nagad, Upay, and Rocket. Bank transfer available as Dutch Bangla Bank, Brac Bank & City Bank.

 

We ship goods to 64 districts in Bangladesh. Ordered products are delivered to the address of the recipient by courier under the supervision

of Priyo Dukan. In some remote areas, it's not possible to deliver products directly to customers. In such cases, customers must collect

the products from the nearest courier pickup point.

 

In case of regular delivery, the product is delivered within 1 to 5 working days after the order.

In addition, if you want to take express delivery in the Dhaka metropolitan area, the goods are delivered within 24 hours after the order.

In addition, the goods are delivered to the courier points (pickup points) within 1 to 7 working days of the order.

The delivery time may be a bit longer due to traffic problems.

Note that in the case of 'Pre-order' and 'Upcoming' products, the product is delivered within the time specified on the website.

 

Delivery charge is applicable for all kind of products. In sometime we offer free delivery for some products. Flat delivery charge is applicable for all kind of Clothing item and also we charge by weight of products.
