We accept returns within 7 days of the original purchase date for eligible products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 01716235252 (Call or Whatsapp) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an sms to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to Mobile financial services method of payment within 7 days.
Refunds

We issue refunds for products returned within the specified return period and meet the return criteria mentioned above.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Refunds are processed promptly upon approval of the returned item. Please allow7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or alternative item, please initiate a return for the unwanted item(s) and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
- In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at 01716235252 (Call or Whatsapp). We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference.
